A 90-day onboarding playbook for new customers

A planning diary

Churn concentrates in the first 90 days. A fixed outreach schedule during that window usually beats every retention campaign that comes later.

Week 1: one goal only

Get the customer to their first successful use, not through a tour of every feature. Everything else can wait a week.

Day 30 and day 75: two mandatory touchpoints

Day 30 clears blockers, day 75 prepares the renewal. Skipping day 75 is the single most common reason an annual contract is not signed again.
