Why Lumio SaaS exists
It started with one lost contract
In 2020 the founders’ previous company lost its largest contract — 22% of revenue — and nobody saw it coming. Digging through the data afterwards, every sign was already there: the customer had stopped logging in four months earlier, opened six complaint tickets and paid late twice. The data simply sat in four different systems and nobody joined it up.
The first Lumio SaaS was a colour-coded spreadsheet used in-house. Six months later three other companies asked to share it. Today it serves 1,400 companies and still answers the original question: who do we call first today?

Inside the company
What a day at Lumio SaaS looks like
Support sits beside engineering, not in a separate room. Every reported bug has a name against it and a deadline. Every Friday the whole company reads the five harshest pieces of customer feedback from that week.
