The most common questions, grouped
Account and billing
The unused part of the old plan is credited against the new invoice. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades start next cycle so nothing in use is lost.
Go to Settings → Members and invite by email. You are charged for the remaining days of the cycle, added to the next invoice.
Send the request from the registered email with your company registration number. Support verifies it and restores access within one working day.
Data and imports
Download the CSV template in Settings → Import. Customer name and email are required; the rest map themselves by column heading, and you can correct any mismatch at the preview step.
Records are matched on email and registration number. Duplicates are merged, the newer details win, and the merge is logged so you can undo it.
Settings → Data → Export everything. You get a ZIP with CSVs for customers, contracts, invoices and notes, emailed within about fifteen minutes.
Integrations and engineering
About fifteen minutes for the supported gateways. You need an API key from the provider and admin rights on that account.
600 requests a minute per key. Go over and you get a 429 with a header telling you how long until the next call is allowed.
Yes. Every account gets a sandbox with fully separate data and its own API key, free of charge.
