Tell us about the day
A florist reads every brief personally and replies within one working day.
It will be the same recipe in the same palette, but not stem for stem. We buy at the market every morning and substitute like for like when something is not good enough. You see a photograph before it leaves.
Order before 3pm on a weekday and it arrives the same afternoon anywhere in Paris, usually within three hours. You get a two-hour window by SMS and a call on arrival. Neuilly, Levallois and Montreuil are next morning.
The driver calls the recipient, then you. If neither answers we leave the flowers with reception or a neighbour and photograph where they were left. Otherwise they come back to the cold room and we redeliver once, free.
Between five and nine days depending on the variety, and every product page prints the honest number. If yours wilt in under four days, send one photograph within 48 hours and we remake or refund it.
We look after weekly arrangements for about forty offices, hotels and restaurants in the city. Monthly invoicing, one florist assigned to your account, and a vase swap on every visit. From $35 a week.
