What happens after you order
Five stages, and the tracker names the one your order is in.
Stage oneOrder receivedPayment is authorised and the order joins the morning list. You get a confirmation e-mail with the number this page asks for.
Stage twoConfirmed by a floristSomebody reads it against what came back from the market. If a stem is not good enough we substitute like for like and tell you before we build it.
Stage threeBuilt and photographedEvery arrangement is photographed on the bench before it is wrapped, and the photograph is sent to you — not to the recipient.
Stage fourOut for deliveryThe status changes the moment it leaves the studio. From here the driver calls the recipient first, then you.
Stage fiveDeliveredWe send a photograph of exactly where they were left, whether that is a doorstep, a reception desk or a neighbour.
If it goes wrong
Something wrong?
The driver calls the recipient, then you. If neither answers we leave them with reception or a neighbour and photograph where. If that is impossible they go back to the cold room and we redeliver once, free.
Call the studio while the order still says out for delivery and we can usually reroute within the same district at no cost.
Send one photograph within 48 hours. We remake and redeliver the same day, or refund in full — your choice, not ours.
It is the number on the confirmation e-mail, not the payment reference from your bank. The e-mail address has to be the one the order was placed with.
