Order before 3pm on a weekday and we deliver inside the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th arrondissements the same afternoon — usually within three hours. The 12th, 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th are same-day before 1pm. Everywhere else in Paris is next morning.

The driver calls the recipient, then you. If neither answers we leave the flowers with reception or a neighbour and send a photo of exactly where they were left. If that is not possible we bring them back to the studio, keep them in the cold room and redeliver once, free.

It will look like the same bouquet, made from the same recipe, in the same palette — but not stem for stem. We buy at the market every morning and substitute like for like when something is not good enough. We send you a photo before it leaves. If you do not like it, say so and we remake it.

Lyon and Bordeaux are served by our partner studios with the same recipes and the same guarantee — order by 2pm for next-day. For anywhere else in France we send dried and preserved arrangements by courier.

Between five and nine days depending on the variety, and every product page states the honest number. If your flowers wilt in under four days, send us a photo within 48 hours and we replace or refund. No receipt hunting, no argument.

Yes. Leave the card unsigned at checkout and we will not print the sender name on the delivery note either. If the recipient asks the driver, the driver will not say.

We look after weekly arrangements for about forty offices, hotels and restaurants in the city. Monthly invoicing, a fixed florist assigned to your account and a vase swap each visit. Talk to us through the contact page.

Standing wreaths and condolence arrangements are made and delivered within three hours anywhere in the city, seven days a week, including public holidays. Call the hotline rather than ordering online — it is faster and we can advise on wording.
