Questions

The twenty things people actually ask, grouped. If yours is not here, the shop answers within about ten minutes during opening hours.

Ordering

Payment, invoices and changing your mind before it ships.

Bank transfer by QR code, domestic and international cards, e-wallets, and cash on delivery inside the city. Card numbers go straight to the gateway; we never see or store them.
No. Checkout works without one, and you can follow the order on the tracking page with just the order number. An account adds saved addresses, past invoices and the watering reminders.
Forty-five minutes from placing the order. After that the plant goes back on sale and the order closes on its own, with nothing charged and no penalty.
Yes. Put the company name, address and tax number in the order note, or reply to the confirmation email any time within the same quarter. A plain PDF invoice is downloadable from the order page immediately.
Free until the order shows as packed — address, date or items. After packing, a redirect inside the city costs $3. Cancelling after packing is handled as a return.

Delivery

Timings, areas and what happens if you are out. Full detail on the delivery page.

Order before 3pm and it arrives the same evening between 5pm and 9pm inside the city. After 3pm it moves to the next morning. Further out takes one to four working days.
Free over $50 everywhere. Below that it is $3 in the central districts and up to $8 further out. The full table is on the delivery page.
Tell the driver when they call and they hold it for one more attempt the next morning, free. Or write a reception desk or neighbour into the delivery note and they photograph the handover.
Yes, up to two weeks ahead at checkout. The plant waits at the warehouse and is watered as normal, so it arrives in the same condition it would have on day one.
Anything over a metre travels by van instead of motorbike. Same fee, wider time window because the van runs a fixed route.

The plants

What arrives, and what to do with it in the first week.

Same variety and size grade, but the leaf count and shape differ — they are individuals. We photograph the middle of the range rather than the best plant in the batch.
No. Everything is watered before it ships. Wait until the top three centimetres of soil are dry, usually four or five days. The care library explains how to check.
Losing the oldest one or two leaves while a plant settles is normal and not a fault. If it keeps going past two or three leaves, send photographs and the warranty covers it.
Every listing says so under Specifications on the product page. Ferns and most palms are safe; snake plant and ZZ are not.
It arrives in the pot you bought, already potted in our own mix. There is nothing to do on arrival — no repotting for at least six months.

Returns and warranty

Short version here, the whole policy on the returns page.

A plant that declines within thirty days of arriving, including root rot and pests that came with it. Send photographs — you never need to bring the plant in. Overwatering against the care guide and damage from pets or falls are not covered.
Seven days from delivery, unopened and unused, full refund. Bring it to the shop and skip the courier if that is easier.
Tell us within 48 hours with photographs. A broken pot is replaced without you sending anything back. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.
Bank transfers the same working day. Cards three to five working days depending on your bank. Cash on delivery is refunded by transfer to an account you give us.

Account and privacy

What we store and how to get rid of it.

Ask for a reset link from the sign-in page; it is valid for one hour. If you cannot reach the email either, message the shop with your last order number and we verify it by hand.
One message per plant you bought, timed to the room you told us about rather than a fixed weekly schedule. Turn them on or off under account details.
No, and we never have. There are no advertising trackers on this site, which is why you have never seen a cookie wall here. The privacy page lists every party that sees anything.
From account details, and you can export everything first. Addresses and saved plants go within seven days; invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.

Ask the shop

Opening hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 6pm on Sunday, usually answered within ten minutes by the person who runs the shop.

Chasing an order

The tracking page shows where it is without an account. You only need the order number.

A plant looking unwell

The care library covers light, water, pests and repotting, written for this climate.
