Built to order in the 3rd arrondissement, from the morning’s market. Nothing is made in advance and nothing is held over: what is on the bench at nine is what leaves at noon.

Substitutions are like-for-like in colour, shape and vase life — never in price. If we cannot match it we call you before we build it.
