Built to order in the 3rd arrondissement, from the morning’s market. Nothing is made in advance and nothing is held over: what is on the bench at nine is what leaves at noon.

Beautiful arrangement and the vase is genuinely nice ceramic, not the usual glass. Half a star off because the driver called at 7am on a Sunday.
