Delivery and returns
Inner Saigon: same-day delivery on orders placed before 3pm, $3, free over $50. Everywhere else: two to four days, each plant crated on its own.
A plant that wilts or dies in the first 30 days is replaced and you keep the pot. Send us photographs and we arrange the rest.
Bark, pumice and coir rather than peat, mixed for plants that rot in ordinary compost — snake plants, ZZ, most succulents. It drains within seconds of watering, which is disconcerting the first time and is the whole reason it works.
